Cook Inlet Region Inc., an Alaska Native corporation, held its annual shareholders meeting on Saturday.

The meeting was anticipated because former CEO Roy Huhndorf was running for a seat on the board of directors. Promising to shake things up, he was elected along with four others.

CIRI's 2001 report showed $423 million in profits and a record $440 million in dividends.
