Mont. tribe cites $1.9 million in damages

FRIDAY, JUNE 21, 2002 The Blackfeet Nation of Montana on Thursday said reservation ranchers suffered $1.0 million in damages from this month's devastating snowstorm. The tribe released a preliminary report that cited loss of more than 3,000 livestock. Ranchers might be able to qualify for federal assistance. Get the Story:
