MONDAY, JUNE 24, 2002 The Supreme Court today refused to allow an Arizona tribe to be sued by a non-Indian couple. Without comment, the Justices rejected a petition for review filed by Ross and Kim Linneen. The couple wanted to sue the Gila River Tribe for alleged infractions of their civil rights.
