TUESDAY, JUNE 25, 2002 The Mashantucket Pequot Museum and Research Center in Connecticut is playing host an a show The New London Day says is "intended to dispel and distort preconceived notions of American Indian art." "Art in 2 Worlds: The Native American Fine Art Invitational 1983-1997" is on loan from the Heard Museum in Phoenix. The exhibit includes works by Nora Naranjo-Morse, Jean La Marr and James Lavadour.
