A New Mexico state official on Thursday said he might ask a federal court to Pojoaque Pueblo's water usage.

State Engineer Tom Turney contends the tribe is using more water than it deserves by operating a golf course. The Pueblo's rights have been the subject of a long-running court dispute involving numerous parties in northern New Mexico.
