Alaska man's death ruled a homicide

WEDNESDAY, JULY 17, 2002 Authorities in Alaska have ruled the beating death of a man a homicide. Robert Frank Jr., 33, was apparently homeless but had family in Venetie, a Gwich'in village. Frank's body was found underneath a bridge. Get the Story:
