Tohono O'odham youth excited about papal trip

MONDAY, JULY 22, 2002 The Tohono O'odham Nation of Arizona is sending 29 tribal members, including 23 youth, to the Roman Catholic Church's World Youth Day in Toronto, Canada. The youth raised more than $20,000 to pay for the trip. They will perform at the week-long event and are excited about seeing Pope John Paul II. Get the Story:
