N.D. tribal officials indicted

A federal jury has indicted three top officials of the Turtle Mountain Ojibwe Tribe of North Dakota.

Acting chairman Melvin "Mike" Lenoir, and council members Jeff Desjarlais and William A. Decoteau Jr. are among the seven indicted for alleged theft from the tribe. More than $100,000 has been stolen, according to authorities.
