THURSDAY, AUGUST 8, 2002 The Confederated Colville Tribes have negotiated a casino agreement with the state of Washington. The compact would allow for the operation of Class III, or casino-style, games. Specifically, it authorizes the use of 4,800 video slot machines Get the Story:
