Mont. woman sentenced in IHS drug case

A woman from the Crow Reservation in Montana was sentenced on Wednesday to three years of probation for her part in an Indian Health Service prescription drug case.

Cheryl Eastman admitted to fraudulently obtaining percocet and other painkillers. She was a nurse assistant at a hospital on the reservation.

Six persons total were indicted in connection with the scam.
