One of the biggest questions on the mind of many in Indian Country is when U.S. District Judge Royce Lamberth will make a decision on the Bush administration's contempt trial.

A Native American Rights Fund attorney said a ruling is coming soon. "It's going to be huge," Keith Harper told the Associated Press.

Secretary of Interior Gale Norton and Assistant Secretary Neal McCaleb face five charges for their handling of the Individual Indian Money (IIM) trust. They range from providing false information about the trust failing to protect computer systems housing the assets of 500,000 American Indians.
