A judge in North Carolina temporarily reinstated the state beauty title to a member of the Lumbee Tribe.

Rebekah Chantay Revels won the state crown but was stripped of it after an ex-boyfriend alleged possession of topless photos of her. The photos were never seen but state pageant officials and Miss America officials decided she should be thrown out of the contest.
