Conn. museum to return burial items

FRIDAY, AUGUST 30, 2002 The Connecticut State Museum of Natural History is repatriating several burial-related items to the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation. The items were found at a burial site that dates to the 1630s. They were excavated in 1942 and were later sold. Get the Story:
