MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 2, 2002 The Spokane Tribe of Washington wrapped up its annual Labor Day pow-wow today. The pow-wow draws thousands from the United States and Canada. It is considered one of the largest in the Pacific Northwest. Get the Story:
