Colo. center focuses on Native vets

FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 13, 2002 A new center at the University of Colorado reaches out to Native veterans in rural areas. The Nighthorse Campbell Native Health Building will house the school's Health Sciences Center's American Indian and Alaska Native Program. The $12.2 million building opens to the public today. The building is one of five "tele-medicine" sites in the nation. It connects doctors with rural Native veterans who may live hundreds of miles away. Get the Story:
