Two new federal indictments were issued on Tuesday for a bribery scandal involving the ex-chairman of the Crow Nation of Montana.

Alexander Bird In Ground, brother of ex-chairman Clifford Bird In Ground, and Wayne Kimmet face charges of conspiracy to use tribal funds and theft from a tribal organization. They pleaded innocent yesterday.

Bird in Ground pleaded innocent on related charges in May. Federal prosecutors allege tribal funds were used to buy vehicles.
