Editorial: Lamberth throws 'temper tantrum'

"Can one man single-handedly right a century of wrongs? That seems to be the Quixotic obsession of U.S. District Judge Royce Lamberth, who is overseeing what seems like an endless series of court actions involving the federal government's mishandling of Indian trust fund accounts dating back to the late 1880s. Lamberth is going about the task with a missionary-like zeal - and we don't mean that in a good way - when what really is needed is more judicial temperament and less temper tantrum. . ."
