Wyo. tribal college seeks to join group

MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 30, 2002 The Wind River Tribal College on the Wind River Reservation in Wyoming wants to join the American Indian Higher Education Consortium. The college's application is being evaluated. A site visitation team from the consortium met with tribal leaders and education officials on the reservation. A vote on the application is set for October 30. The Wind River Reservation is home to the Eastern Shoshone Tribe and the Northern Arapaho Tribe. Get the Story:
