Challenge to eagle feather law denied

The Supreme Court on Monday refused to hear a challenge to a law that prevents the sale of eagle feathers and parts.

Timothy P. Kornwolf, a Minnesota resident, pleaded guilty to selling more than $10,000 in Native artifacts to an undercover FBI agent. He claimed his property rights were violated by federal prosecution.
