FBI corrupt says Peltier supporter

WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 9, 2002 Supporters of imprisoned American Indian Movement activist Leonard Peltier rallied outside a federal court on Tuesday. Bill Means said the FBI was corrupt in its dealings on the case and suppressed evidence. "We are dealing with an FBI that has poisoned the water of justice," he said, according to The Minneapolis Star Tribune. The rally was held in conjunction with an appeals hearing to seek a reduction in sentence for Peltier, who is serving two life terms for shooting two FBI agents in June 1975. Get the Story:
