MONDAY, NOVEMBER 11, 2002 If you haven't participated in our very first BITAM survey, there is still time for you to get involved! We are taking your input to mark the one-year anniversary of the Bush administration's proposal to split up the Bureau of Indian Affairs of its core duties. Secretary of Interior Gale Norton has since pulled BITAM the table but with talks between tribal leaders and government officials stalled, we're interested in how you view the idea now.
