Navajos in Lake Valley, New Mexico, recently had a water spigot installed adjacent to their community center.

In the past, the tribal members would have to travel great distances to get water to fill their tanks. "It's so beautiful," a tribal member said of the new spigot, according to The Albuquerque Journal. "I can't believe it. We finally have water after all these years."

The project was financed primarily through the Rural Utility Service, an agency of the Department of Agriculture, and other non-profit sources.
