Alaska tribal buildings go smoke free

MONDAY, NOVEMBER 25, 2002

The Sitka Tribe of Alaska and the Alaska Native Brotherhood/Alaska Native Sisterhood have made their buildings smoke free.

The ban covers several buildings and all activities that occur within them. Tribal officials are concerned about the health of tribal members.
