TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 26, 2002

The Narragansett Tribe of Rhode Island is finalizing an agreement with a new casino partner.

The tribe's off-and-on partner, Boyd Gaming, was off again this summer after attempts to legalize tribal gaming failed in the state Legislature.

The tribe wants to locate a casino in West Warwick and has promised payments to the town.
