WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 27, 2002 Loretta Barrett Oden, a Potawatomi chef, is a busy woman these days. The proprietor of Corn Dance Café, an eatery in Santa Fe New Mexico, she's filming a 13-part series on Native food being aired on PBS and working on a companion cookbook.
