Indian graduation rates improve in Minn.

MONDAY, DECEMBER 2, 2002 Graduation rates among American Indian high school students in Minneapolis, Minnesota, have doubled, The Minneapolis Star Tribune reports. The rate in 2000 was 14 percent. In 2001, this jumped to 27 percent. Indian students make up about 4 percent of the 46,000 students in Minneapolis schools. Get the Story:
