Wash. tribe opening new health clinic

MONDAY, DECEMBER 2, 2002 The Snoqualmie Tribe of Washington is opening a new family health clinic today. The tribe didn't plan on opening a facility in Carnation. But after the only clinic in town closed down, local officials sought the tribe's assistance. The tribe was recognized by the Bureau of Indian Affairs in 1999. Get the Story:
