Reservation teens charged with murder

TUESDAY, DECEMBER 3, 2002 Two teens from the Cass Lake Ojibwe Reservation in Minnesota are being charged with brutally beating a blind man to death. Jessie Royal Tapio and George Allen Raphael Boswell, both 16, are being charged with two counts each of second-degree murder. They are accused of beating Darrell "Louie" Bisson, 48, in Cass Lake, a town on the reservation. Get the Story:
