Calif. tribe launches wireless venture

THURSDAY, DECEMBER 5, 2002 The San Manuel Band of Mission Indians of California is getting into the Internet service industry. The tribe and partner Swiftcomm will offer wireless broadband service to business customers. Some tribal homes on the reservation will also be able to tap into the high-speed service. Get the Story:
