The entire police force serving the Chippewa-Cree Tribe of Montana has been suspended, the Associated Press reports.

The tribe's business committee suspended the 15 officers but committee chairman Alvin Windy Boy Sr. would not say exactly why. The police chief, however, suggested it was based on unsubstantiated allegations of police brutality.
