TUESDAY, DECEMBER 10, 2002 The Bureau of Indian Affairs and the FBI are investigating the shooting of man by a police officer for Oglala Sioux Tribe of South Dakota. The unidentified man, 27, was shot December 7 on the Pine Ridge Reservation. He is in critical condition. Get the Story:
