"Washington Journal," a C-SPAN program, will feature a discussion on Indian gaming today.

Donald Barlett, one of the authors of a recent TIME magazine story on tribal casinos, will appear at 9:30 a.m. He will take questions.

At 9:35 a.m., Tex Hall, president of the National Congress of American Indians, will join the show. Mark Van Norman of the National Indian Gaming Association was set to attend but Hall stepped in.
