Jim Billie is determined. The ousted chief of the Seminole Tribe of Florida plans to visit tribal headquarters every day until he is officially reinstated.

Billie's also contacting banks to assert control over the tribe's financial assets. He wants the Bureau of Indian Affairs to recognize him as the rightful leader.
