Wis. tribe sued for not developing land

The Oneida Nation of Wisconsin is being sued for not developing land it purchased within an industrial park.

The tribe owns 372 acres of the 490-acre park, located in the village of Hobart. The village president said the land is not held in trust, so it should be subject to local zoning laws.
