Ariz. tribes get final approval for compacts

Final approval of new tribal gaming compacts in Arizona will be published in the Federal Register today.

That gives three Phoenix-area tribes the green light to offer blackjack, a Class III card game, to customers. The tribes have hired and trained hundreds to make way for the expansion.
