Representative David Vitter (R-Louisiana) is continuing his campaign against the Jena Choctaw Tribe's attempt to obtain a reservation.

The tribe was recognized in 1994 but has no land base. It is actively seeking support for an initial reservation, where it hopes to open a casino.

Vitter complains that the tribe is "forum shopping" and says he opposes attempts by tribes nationwide to do the same.
