The second annual Wyoming's Government Resources and Opportunities for Business (GRO-Biz) conference focused on Indian business opportunities on Wednesday.

Charles Melvin of the Air Force gave advice to budding entrepreneurs. He said Indian firms should register with a site called Pro-Net, which is used by government contracting officers to find potential contractors.

Jeff Sneddon of the Small Business Administration (SBA) said Indian firms should play up their minority ownership. He said contractors can get a five percent rebate if they farm out work to minority firms.
