Men charged with funneling smokes to Seneca land

FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 21, 2003 Six men in New York were charged with smuggling $10 million worth of counterfeit cigarettes from China and selling them on the Seneca Reservation and on a web site. One man, Scott Snyder, lives on the Seneca's Cattaraugus Reservation, while two others, Donald Deland and Timothy Farnham, live nearby. Along with brothers Simon Moshel and Michael Moshel, of Queens, federal authorities said the men imported 35 million counterfeit cigarettes. Get the Story:
