Navajo Nation leaders in Washington for the week

TUESDAY, MARCH 4, 2003 The Navajo Nation's new leaders are in Washington, D.C., this week for meetings with the White House, members of Congress and top government officials. It's part of the tribe's annual impact week. Navajo President Joe Shirley Jr. and Vice President Frank Dayish Jr., along with Navajo First Lady Vikki Shirley, will also host a reception at the tribe's Washington office. Get the Story:
