Compromise struck on Neb. gaming proposals

Nebraska lawmakers struck a deal that would combine two competing proposals to expand gaming in the state.

The compromise would still allow tribes to establish Class III casinos. But it would also allow the same at up to eight facilities statewide, including racetracks.
