A citizens group sued the state of Washington for approving the Muckleshoot Tribe's amphitheater.

The tribe gained federal and state approval for the project after a lengthy review process. But Citizens for Safety and Environment says the state didn't study the impact of traffic on the community.

The amphitheater would seat 20,000.
