TUESDAY, MARCH 11, 2003 A delegation from the Northern Cheyenne Tribe of Montana is visiting the Southern Ute Tribe of Colorado to learn more about the Ute Tribe's success. The Southern Ute Tribe has embraced energy development to great success. With assets in the billions, the tribe has a better credit rating than some countries and is an economic powerhouse in southern Colorado. Get the Story:
