An overcrowded jail on the Navajo Reservation in New Mexico was forced to release six DWI convicts, The Farmington Daily Times reports.

Most of the freed served very little of their sentences. Despite their early release, the Shiprock facility still has too many inmates: 19 men for 13 spaces.
