Alleged tribe is not really suing for land

A spokesperson for the Seaconke Wampanoag Tribe of Rhode Island says the tribe does not support a land claims suit filed by a man who claims to be the chief.

A spokesperson said Chief Wilfred "Eagle Heart" Greene doesn't represent the 300-member tribe. Greene wants to settle the case for land, money and federal recognition.
