NIGC warning forces tribes to fire workers

MONDAY, MARCH 17, 2003 Two Oklahoma tribes were forced to fire dozens of workers after being warned that a blackjack game they offer might be illegal. The National Indian Gaming Commission questioned the style of play at the Quapaw and Seneca-Cayuga casinos. The tribes agreed to stop the game while the issue was resolved. Get the Story:
