Report: Calif. tribe may end tax agreement

A tax-sharing agreement between the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians and the city of Palm Springs, California, expires June 30, The Palm Springs Desert Sun reports.

Under the agreement, the tribe shares taxes from its hotel with the city. Renewal of the 10-year deal is being considered by tribal officials.
