The tribally-owned gas station on the Elko Indian Colony in Nevada can't keep up with the demand for its lower-priced gasoline.

The station sold out completely on Monday. The Te-Moak Tribe's prices are 5 cents lower than the nearest competitor.

The tribe doesn't tax customers but still remits tax to the sate for sales to non-Indians. The tribe pays 27 cents a gallon on gasoline and 28 cents a gallon on diesel fuel.
