Two former Indian Health Service employees and a traveling salesman were sentenced and fined for a bribery scam on the Crow Reservation in Montana.

Salesman Kirm Garret Kath was sentenced to six and one-half years in prison and ordered to pay $77,263 restitution to the IHS and the Bureau of Indian Affairs. He was convicted of bribing IHS and BIA employees into buying expensive light bulbs and fixtures.

Keith E. Reece was sentence to one year in prison and ordered to $11,275 in restitution to IHS. Gale G. Three Irons was given three years of probation and three months of home detention and ordered to pay $1,497 and a $1,000 fine.
