Crow elder to receive honorary doctorate

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 2, 2003 A Crow elder will receive an honorary doctorate from Montana State University. Philip Beaumont Sr. has worked with the school to develop a cattle running and horse training program. He also helped develop the school's Billings campus. His background is in education and he has worked on the Crow Reservation to improve infrastructure. The 107th commencement takes place May 10. Get the Story:
