THURSDAY, APRIL 3, 2003

Tribes have been given seats on Wyoming's Yellowstone Grizzly Bear Subcommittee.

The interagency panel is working to develop a grizzly bear protection plan for the state. Each tribe that participates will have a vote.

Wyoming has two federally-recognized tribes: the Eastern Shoshone Tribe and the Northern Arapaho Tribe. They share the Wind River Reservation.
